My experience at Hendy Mazda Eastleigh was positive because the salesman (Filip) was not pushy, just helpful.
I was happy with the service at Hendy Mazda Eastleigh because Steph was very helpful throughout the process and at all times kept me informed of the steps and explained all of the documentation . It has been a pleasure to deal with Steph and her colleagues at Hendy Mazda Eastleigh.
However, one point I would like to raise is during the handover there was no display of the handover in the showroom to illustrate that a new car was being handed over to a new customer on the day. At all other dealers when I have been through a handover process the event is made to feel a special occasion by either placing the customer name on the car or having the car "revealed" from under a cover for example. This is not a reflection of the staff within the dealership but I understand "normal practice" to handover the keys and then take the car from the parking lot. This did not feel special at all and I would strongly suggest that Hendy Mazda Eastleigh consider how they can improve the customer experience when collecting a new car.
I'd definitely recommend Hendy Mazda Eastleigh. No pressurised selling and no cheesy comments. Easy going, polite and Rico was a pleasure to work with.
